# Connect Shark Exchange

Connect your [Shark Exchange](https://sharkexchange.in/auth/signup?code=SWP949) account to MIRRORPIP and automate your crypto trading strategies with ease. This guide will walk you through generating API keys on Shark Exchange and securely connecting them to MIRRORPIP for copy trading and automated execution.

# Before You Start

Make sure you have:

* [A verified Shark Exchange account](https://sharkexchange.in/auth/signup?code=SWP949)
* Funds available in your trading wallet
* An active MIRRORPIP account

# Step 1 — Login to Shark Exchange

Visit:

[Shark Exchange Official Website](https://sharkexchange.in/auth/signup?code=SWP949)

Login using your registered credentials.

# Step 2 — Add funds on Shark Exchange

Go to profile and trasnfer funds section

Add the bank details listed on your profile as beneficiary in your bank account.

Penny drop and test the transfer of funds and then add adequate funds in your Shark exchange account.

# Step 3 — Create API Keys

1. Navigate to:
   **Profile → API Management**
2. Click:
   **Create API Key**
3. Enter a name for the API key

Suggested names:

* MIRRORPIP
* Trading Bot
* Automation API

4. Add Mirrorpip Whitelisted IP : **154.61.77.165**

# Step 4 — Configure API Permissions

Enable the following permissions:

✅ Read Access

✅ Trade Access

Do NOT enable withdrawal permissions.

This allows MIRRORPIP to:

* Read balances
* Monitor positions
* Execute trades securely

But prevents any withdrawal of funds.

# Step 5 — Complete Security Verification

Shark Exchange may ask for:

* Email OTP verification
* Mobile OTP verification
* 2FA authentication code

Complete all verification steps.

# Step 6 — Copy API Credentials

After successful creation, Shark Exchange will provide:

* API Key
* API Secret

⚠️ Important:

* Save the API Secret immediately
* It may not be visible again later

# Step 7 — Login to [MIRRORPIP](https://mirrorpip.com/)

Open your MIRRORPIP dashboard.

Go to:

**My profile → Trading accounts**

Select:

* Shark Exchange

# Step 8 — Connect Your Exchange

Paste:

* API Key
* API Secret

Then click:

**Connect Exchange**

MIRRORPIP will securely validate your credentials and establish the connection.

# Step 9 — Start Automated Trading

Once connected, you can:

* Copy top-performing traders
* Automate TradingView strategies
* Execute webhook-based trades
* Run crypto trading bots
* Monitor trades in real-time

# Security Best Practices

✅ Keep withdrawal permissions disabled

✅ Never share your API Secret

✅ Rotate API keys periodically for enhanced security

# Troubleshooting

## API Authentication Failed

* Recheck copied API credentials
* Remove any extra spaces while pasting

## Unable to Connect Exchange

* Ensure API trading permissions are enabled
* Verify your internet connection

## 2FA Code Invalid

* Sync device time automatically
* Retry with the latest authenticator code
